Terms of Sale

1. General provisions

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products — including PDF e-books and paperback books — through the website polishpropertyking.com.

The Seller is Mariusz Wójcik, operating under the brand Polish Property King. You can contact the Seller via the contact form available at contact-en.html.

By completing a purchase, the Buyer accepts these Terms in full.

2. Products

The Seller offers the following products:

• PDF E-book – a digital edition of "Building Dreams", delivered to the e-mail address provided at checkout promptly after payment is confirmed.
• Paperback – a printed edition of "Building Dreams", dispatched to the postal address provided within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation.

The book is available exclusively in Polish.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified and secure payment provider. The Seller does not store any card payment details.

Accepted payment methods: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods made available by Stripe at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

PDF E-book: The file will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout promptly after payment confirmation, and no later than 24 hours after purchase.

Paperback: Delivery is available throughout Europe. Dispatch takes place within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are added to the product price during checkout in the Stripe system.

5. Right of withdrawal

PDF E-book: In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By purchasing the e-book, the Buyer consents to immediate delivery and thereby waives the right to withdraw.

Paperback: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact the Seller via the contact form. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of the Seller receiving the withdrawal notice.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding purchased products can be submitted via the contact form on the website. The Seller will respond within 14 business days of receiving the complaint and will notify the Buyer of the outcome by e-mail.

7. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and handling any complaints, in accordance with GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties other than Stripe (payment processing) and, where applicable, the courier company (paperback orders only). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication and do not affect orders placed before the date of change.

The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably. Where this is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's place of business.
